REVIEW MEETING ON 10/01/2011 WITH MIC, P&RD

A review meting will be held on 10/01/2012 with all the District Magistrates regarding various development programmes of the Panchayat Deptt. The meeting will be chaired by the Hon’ble MIC P & RD deptt & the Chief Secretary will also attend the meeting along with the Secretary of the Panchayat Deptt. In this regard all BDOs are requested to send up to date MGNREGS compilation report for the month of December 2011 latest by 5/01/2012

DEMONSTRATION OF “DAILY REPORT SOFTWARE” [TAMLUK]

PM-MIS from “DISTRICT NREGA CELL” Will demonstrate how to use the “Daily Monitoring Software”to the SDO,BDO’s & CA’s of Tamluk Subdivision at 4:00 P.M on 6th May, 2010 (Venue: Collectorate Conference Hall).Concerned SDO,BDO’s & CA’s are requested to attend the demonstration without fail.

DEMONSTRATION OF “DAILY REPORT SOFTWARE” [EGRA & HALDIA]

PM-MIS from “DISTRICT NREGA CELL” Will visit office of the SDO EGRA at 12:00 A.M. and SDO Haldia at 4:00 P.M on 5th May, 2010 to demonstrate the compilation of “Daily Report Software” at Sub-division and as well as block level.
